Creole of blood and heart, Benjamin Maillard has traveled around the world to combine flavors of Martinique and the world.

At the age of 17, he left Martinique to pursue a career as a chef in London, worked for different restaurants before working for Google, and served official gourmet meals at buffets for nearly 900 people.

Guarantor of a lifestyle and a healthy diet, he is back in Martinique after 19 years in England as head chef at La Bateliere and shares his experience with fervor. Since his return, he delights our taste buds by combining world cuisine and Caribbean flavors.
