KFR – KRÉOL FOOD & RHUM – WHAT IS IT?
For a week, illustrious chefs, including Martiniquais, will introduce professionals, apprentices and the general public to the art of creating creole and tasty menus using local products.
With the hotel and restaurant sector struggling to recruit, Kréol Food & Rhum meets four main objectives:
- Promote the sector through excellence
- Make young people aware of the existence of many jobs
- Allow Martinican chefs to meet internationally renowned star chefs
- Promote the destination of Martinique
With the 1st edition in October 2018, Kréol Food & Rhum (KFR) will return every year to promote our Creole gastronomy and the AOC rum that we must be proud of.
