Ghislaine ARABIAN


She started in Lille where she learned about gastronomy from Chef Thierry Cambier.

Self-taught and passionate, she obtained in 1989 her 2nd Michelin star at the restaurant “LE RESTAURANT” place Sébastopol in Lille.

Thanks to her rigor and her sense of innovation, she knew how to be recognized in an easy job for a woman.

In 1992 she took the direction of the kitchens of Pavillon Ledoyen where she won again 2 stars.

In 1994, Ghislaine received the trophy “Women in Gold” in the category: Art.

Following this she will occupy the position of Production Manager at a large Parisian caterer, she is then the first woman to occupy this position.

Finally since 2006, Ghislaine takes over the restaurant “Les Petites Sorcières” in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, where we find his creative cuisine without forgetting his Flemish origins.

Between 2010 and 2014, she will be jury of the famous show “Top Chef”, which highlights young professional cooks.
