Chef Executive Restaurant Beach Grill Carbet

Davee MARINE chef 27 years of Martinican origin. Currently chef at RESTO BEACH GRILL for a year. He studied at the hotel school of Bellefontaine for 4 years.

After obtaining his diplomas he left two and a half years in Paris. Two years in the band HILTON then six months in LA DUREE on the Champs Elysees. Then return to Martinique restaurant 1643, restaurant MAXIMUS, Simon Hotel, restaurant SHELL’S and now BEACH GRILL.
